That's right. After three years being the champion for my company at the JP Morgan Race, I came in second. Boo! But the guy who beat me had been training hard so he deserved it. And we both got gift cards from the bosses for doing a good job so I have nothing to complain about.
Plus, I improved my time for the race this year and that’s what I'm more concerned about. 3.5 miles at 31:39. About 2 minutes better than last year. It's always a good feeling to see improvement!
Next year, I'm reclaiming my title!
